There are many types of Carp (salmon is a common name for common fish species in China). The shape of the body is spindle-shaped, the side is flat, the kiss is long and hard; the eye is small and large. There are two pairs of whiskers; the lower part of the caudal fin is red, the sides of the body are nearly golden yellow, and the back fins are hard and slightly black. It is one of the large freshwater fish species, with a wide distribution range. Rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ponds have traces everywhere. It is the highest-yield fish species in China's freshwater turtles and the main target of fishing.

(1) It belongs to the bottom fish. The soft bottoms and aquatic plants that inhabit the waters like to look for food in the humus. When the weather is calm in the morning and evening, you often go to the shallow waters of the shore to swim for food.

(2) The food is mixed, and the vegetarians are eaten. The juveniles mainly eat plankton, while the adult fishes use benthic animals as the main food. Small fish, small shrimps, red worms, locusts, snails, leeches and algae fruits are all delicious dishes. Especially like red glutinous rice and potato, especially interested in scented sweet bait. As the climate and water temperature change, there will be some changes in the feeding sputum, sometimes with obvious selectivity.

The Carp's kiss is strong and flexible, and the bait often turns over the mud and holes, a bit like a pig's arch, and then bubbles. After the fish ponds are pumped up, you can see the numerous round pits and holes in the bottom and the shore of the pond.

(3) Like low light, like active water. Carp likes to live in darker, less transparent waters, and is more active on cloudy days than on sunny days. I especially like to swim and eat at the water outlet where there is a new water injection.

(4) Alert and intelligent. Carp is much more intelligent and alert than other fish, and is known as the "devil". After the Carp is caught, in order to escape the "disaster", it will make every effort to confront people. For example, if you are in the water, you will not be able to “make makeup”. Hiding into obstacles or grass, etc., sometimes even creating an illusion to confuse you. The Carp is timid, and immediately flees when there is movement.

(5) Fast growth, long life and large individual. In the past, fish can grow to 250 to 800 grams (referred to as artificial feeding), and third-age fish can weigh up to 2000 grams. In rivers, lakes and large and medium-sized reservoirs, there are many large tones of more than 20-30 grams. The carp has a long life span and can live for forty or fifty years. It is known as the "old birthday star" in fish.

(6) Food intake is closely related to water temperature. Water temperature is a key factor in determining the appetite of Carp. When the water temperature is 20 degrees Celsius, the appetite is the most prosperous. From early to late, the feeding rate is the most embarrassing; the water temperature is lower than 10 °C, the activity is small, basically does not eat; when the water temperature is below 2 degrees Celsius, hide in the deep water Overwintering, do not eat or not.

(7) The nature is very good, and you can swim around for food and have the habit of going against the water. I can't stay in one place for a long time, and love jumps out of the water. Although the Carp is moving, it is more secluded and not very close. Big Carp likes to act alone.

(8) It has strong adaptability, can withstand cold, alkali and hypoxia, and is not required for water. It can live in various water bodies, as long as the waters are not polluted, they can survive.

(9) Strong fertility. Two-year-old carp begin to lay eggs and lay a large number of eggs. From early to mid-May of each year, male and female Carp chase each other to swim in the shallow waters of the shore, where the grass is sparse (the grass is not found in the secluded area), to carry out the mating and spawning, and the eggs are attached to the aquatic plants or other objects to develop and hatch. Young fish. The Carp does not eat during the mating period, and the food intake increases greatly after spawning. Every spring, summer, summer and early autumn, the food intake is the largest, followed by the early spring and late autumn.
